What information this site gathers, how it is used, and what it does not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

Your quote request gives the form your gender, birth date, health level, tobacco use, amount, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting service to return rates and are not kept by this site. No name, address, phone, or email is taken to see quotes. Identical repeated quotes may come from a brief cache instead of re-querying.

Applying

When you apply, your answers prefill a secure form on the carriers' application system, and you follow that system's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), manages the application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, reply method, topic, and message. It goes to the agency by email; your email becomes the reply address. No message copy, submission log, or content record is kept here. Your browser runs a brief anti-spam check before sending.

Measurement

This site tracks views with first-party, no-cookie counting hosted on this domain. Cookies and local IDs are not set; your IP is shortened before storing; query strings from referrers are removed; raw logs expire in 90 days. Visitors sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not tracked.

What we do not do

Your data is not sold or shared, no tracking ads run, and no outside analytics load. The only third-party code is the carriers' application system on the apply page, which loads only if you go there.
